I’m the Founder and Principal Consultant of Bradley HR & Total Rewards Advisory, where I partner with organizations to design and strengthen Total Rewards, HR operations, and governance in support of growth, compliance, and financial stewardship.

​

With more than 18 years of experience across private equity–backed organizations, startups, privately held companies, and publicly traded enterprises, as well as higher education, healthcare, engineering, and consulting environments, I help leadership teams solve complex workforce challenges through practical, data-driven solutions. My work focuses on compensation architecture, benefits strategy, vendor optimization, HR systems transformation, and risk mitigation, particularly for organizations navigating scale, change, or heightened regulatory pressure.

I bring deep experience aligning people strategies with business objectives, including building job architecture and leveling frameworks, leading benefits and retirement plan optimization, strengthening fiduciary governance, and modernizing HR operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. I have also led HR due diligence, synergy modeling, and post-close integration for more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, supporting organizations ranging from 50 to 10,000 employees.

My approach is hands-on, transparent, and outcomes-focused. I work closely with executives, HR leaders, and Boards to create clarity, reduce cost and risk, and implement solutions that are sustainable, compliant, and tailored to each organization’s needs.
